In February of 2009 Stefan Frey founded Commonwealth Commercial Advisors as a premier, Boston area, boutique commercial real estate brokerage firm.

Prior to starting the firm Stefan worked at Newmark Knight Frank in Boston and CitySites New York in New York City. Today, CCAdvisors success can be traced back to its core values, hard work and most importantly, its unwavering belief in Honesty and Integrity.

With a focus on Tenant Representation and Investment Sales in the downtown Boston and suburban marketplace, CCAdvisors has become a trusted partner in executing complex corporate real estate strategies and delivering results for its clients.

Stefan received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Vermont. Outside of the office Stefan enjoys golf, sking, Boston sports, working around the house and most anything that involves being outdoors. He currently resides in Medfield, MA with his wife Leigh and their two boys.

In 2011 CCAdvisors welcomed Tom Robinson to the firm as Vice President & Partner

Prior to joining the firm, Tom worked for GVA Thompson Hennessey & Partners, Newmark Knight Frank and The Codman Company. Tom has been active in the Boston commercial real estate industry for over ten years where he has represented both tenants and landlords.

With a core focus on the Boston office market, Tom works closely with companies in evaluating their real estate needs and providing cost effective solutions. Additionally, he conducts ongoing market research including space availability, tenant absorption, and tenants in the marketplace.

Tom received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Michael’s College in Vermont, with a concentration in Business Administration. He currently resides in Newton, MA with his wife Denise and four children.

Tim Coyle joined the firm in December of 2019.

An industry veteran with close to 20 years’ experience, Tim represents building owners and businesses with a focus on the Route 128 Central Market as well as Downtown Boston and Cambridge. Tim has a proven history of guiding his clients through complex sales and lease transactions.

Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, Tim worked in the Retirement Planning Division at Fidelity Investments.

He holds a BS degree from Boston College and received his MBA (Taxation) from Bentley College. He resides in Stow, MA with his wife Michelle and two children.
